We subscribe to the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) Code of Ethics and conduct our inspections in compliance with ASHI's Standards of Practice.

Continuing education through conferences, seminars, and professional journals enables our Inspectors to stay abreast of current issues and techniques. State-of-the-art equipment coupled with extensive experience is used to assess the various components of your prospective home.

Our Inspectors

Damon Eden

Damon has been a Home Inspector since 2005 and has performed over 1,500 inspections. He was a Home Inspector Assistant for 8 years and worked 2 years as an Insurance Property Adjuster prior to becoming a home inspector. He is a graduate of the University of California at Davis and received his Home Inspection Training and Certification at the ITA Oakland, CA Campus as well as receiving home inspection-related training from organizations such as ASHI. (American Society of Home Inspectors) and Summit Systems Inspection Group.
