Our Inspectors

Craig Eden

Craig has performed thousands of home inspections in Northern California and is familiar with the home buying process.

Craig has received home inspection-related training from organizations such as ASHI. (American Society of Home Inspectors), Summit Systems Inspection Group, Inspectech, and ITA (Inspection Training Associates). Craig is a current member of ASHI and a past member of NACHI. He holds the designation of CMI (Certified Master Inspector), He is a past professional member of ICBO (International Conference of Building Officials).

Damon Eden
Damon has been a Home Inspector since 2005 and has performed over 750 inspections. He was a Home Inspector Assistant for 8 years and worked 2 years as an Insurance Property Adjuster prior to becoming a home inspector. He is a graduate of the University of California at Davis and received his Home Inspection Training and Certification at the ITA Oakland, CA Campus as well as receiving home inspection-related training from organizations such as ASHI. (American Society of Home Inspectors) and Summit Systems Inspection Group.
